Eagles Sign 3 From the Ouellette Family:

The Varkaus Eagles announced today they have sign Luc Ouellette to be the Assistant Coach. Luc is 41 year old married to Laurie. They have three kids Josh, John and Belinda. The Eagles have signed Josh and John to play for the club. Josh is 20 years and played for the Orleans Blues Jr A. John is 18 years old,

and played Junior B hockey for East Ottawa.

Luc was a police officer for 14 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted police. Luc has traveled extensively with RCMP career from a six months tour of duty under the United Nations banner training the Haitian Police. He also served as a personal body guard to the Prime Minister in Canada. He left law enforcement to open up Forster Care Business with his wife.

Luc was born and raised in Ottawa area and played minor AAA hockey. He was drafted at 16 in the CJHL and played for the Ottawa Junior Senators, the following year he was drafted in the OHL and played for Windsor and Ottawa 67. He played for the Hull Olympiques in the QMJHL for Pat Burns.

Luc's coaching experience consist of coaching at the minor hockey level bantam and Midget from "A " to "AAA" Levels. He has worked as a trainer and team manager. Luc has scouted for teams on the Junior B, A and Major Junior Level in Ottawa area and for the QMJHL.
Luc, Josh & John Ouellette are extremely excited and honored to play for and experience the country of Finland.
